		<description>I love these recipes! I can guarantee I will be making that Chai. That is the first recipe I have seen that does not require cardomom. 

As to a noce fast frugal recipe for Mocha Latte I like this one:

2 Cups Non Fat Powdered Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Instant coffee
4 Tbs Cocoa Powder

Mix it all up and use 3 to 4 Tbs per Mug!</description>
