		<description>I wash the potato then rub it with oil and salt then put the potato in the microwave for about 5 - 10 minutes depending on the size, making sure to poke holes in it first. this speeds up the cooking then i put  it in the oven for about 5 mins to make the skin crispy. takes a lot less time and taste no different</description>

		<description>I completely agree with Dixie. I used to use foil too until about a year ago. The potatoes are so fluffy and much, much tastier than using foil. :-)</description>

		<description>I used to always wrap my potatoes in foil, but now I simply do the oil and kosher salt way.  The potatoes are so much better, plus the skins are great too!</description>
