		<description>It&#039;s pretty easy. If the eggs you use are large, then you&#039;ll want a little more flour. The recipe is forgiving. Too wet--add a bit more flour. Too dry--add a bit more egg or a little water. How will you know? You don&#039;t want sticky or gloppy dough. You can cut your noodles from your rolled out dough while it&#039;s flat on the counter or you can roll it up and slice your noodle strips that way.</description>
