It's a fun and healthy way to spend time together, especially during the colder months. I don't really see it as a piece of exercise equipment, but rather a toy we enjoy using that has a fitness benefit as well. The same can be said for the Wii in general, which really gets you moving compared to other video game systems. I compared the cost of a <a href="http://www.richerbytheday.com/2008/05/wii-fit-versus-gym-membership.html" rel="nofollow">Wii fit to a Gym Membership</a> and am certainly getting more for my money with the Wii Fit! We have so much fun just hanging out together with the animals, and I think games would really liven it up even more.
