		<description>Using up oranges...I peel and supreme mine and freeze until I have enough.  Then I make a jam out of them, rather than a marmalade using any fruit jam recipe from the internet. My kids call it &quot;sunshine jam&quot; and eat it on toast, or sometimes we use it to glaze chicken with.  I&#039;ve also used a mix of 1/2 and 1/2 oranges and grapefruits with equally awesome results!</description>
