		<description>Another benefit of the recession has been that the people who have not been laid off (or adversely affected) are also cutting back and saving money. This has lead to higher saving rates among Americans and could imply when the economy does recover, Americans will be able to invest or pay off excessive debt. A very positive trend that will hopefully continue.</description>
