Today to make your laundry days more cheerful and to encourage air drying your laundry, I’m having a contest. AirDry (www.airdry.org) has generously sponsored one of their ceiling laundry drying rack systems to be given away to one Frugal Village lucky winner. This unit is excellent because it doesn’t take up precious floor space. You don’t have to stretch to hang your laundry. It works on cords and rods that raise and lower. Because heat rises, this is an efficient drying rack. It can hold a full load of laundry and 30 lbs of clothing. You won’t get creases from hanging your clothes, you’ll save money and it’s of course good for the environment, too. I love that you can hang your laundry throughout the year indoors!

Specifications

Dimensions: 43”w x 22”d x 2”h (110x55x5cm)
Number of rods: 6 Rod length: 42” (107cm)
Total Drying Space: 21 feet (6.4m)
Maximum Load: 30 lbs (15 kg) – 5 lbs (2.5 kg) per rod
Rods are made of steel covered with plastic.
Consoles and wall clasp are made of plastic.
Color: white Weight: 3 lbs (1.3 kg)
