All of these recipes sound really yummy! I can't wait to try them. Our favorite game time recipes follows;

Beef & Cheese

2-8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. deli dried beef, shredded
horseradish to taste

mix well and form into a ball, Roll in fresh chopped parsley. serve with crackers, crudite', or crusty bread wedges.

The Dagwood

1 loaf unsliced French/Italian bread, sliced lengthwise.
1 bottle Russian dressing or sandwich spread
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/2 lb. salami
1/2 lb. turkey breast
1/4 lb. favorite cheese (we like swiss)

On tin foil put bread that has been slathered with dressing or sandwich spread. Begin by laying the ham in neat piles across the bread. Follow with a layer of salami, then cheese, then piles of turkey breast. Wrap in foil and bake at 350' till heated through, watch carefully. Remove from oven and add slices of tomato and top with lettuce. Put bread top back and secure with toothpicks and cut into 2' pieces.

Serves several hungry men at game time!
