34The FoodSaver woud be a great product for all the vegies I get from the garden. Seems they all come at one time, then I can’t eat them fast enough before I see all that labor rotting in the fridge. My husband is a personal trainer. He takes daily different foods to the gym for himself and other clients/trainers. This item is ideal for energy foods and healthy snacks when one cannot run out to grab fast foods which are not good for you! I am sure once others saw the great way the foods are packed that they would love to use the same method of packing up their goodies as well. Healthy is all about the way you pack up your food and snacks. People often forget that they lose thier nutrients in poor containers.

I love the container, but I don’t always vacuum seal it because it’s more cumbersome having to get out the pump and pump it 50-60 times to make sure it’s sealed. Even then, I always wonder if I’ve really managed to get a complete vacuum seal when I do it that way. So, yes, I’d love to have the real deal.

I have one of this FoodSaver machine, and originally I purchased it to make covers for my precious autographed photos of celebrities that I was collecting. Its completely water-proof and dust-proof. I was SO happy to see this contest page! I’ve only entered contests a handful of times but THIS one is a must for me. I’ve always been frugal in my spending, but in the past few months (longer, really) have found we’ve been throwing out practically the same amount of foodstuffs my family actually eats and this has simply got to stop!
We can NOT afford to go on like this. Like so many others this past year, my husband’s job ended so throwing out even a gram of food is starting to feel like a catastrophe. Winning a FoodSaver® FreshSaver™ handheld vacuum system would be an absolute Godsend for my family!!
