1 whole wheat pita bread

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 small tomato, cut into 4 slices

Make it

Make it
SPREAD cut sides of roll with mayonnaise.

smoked tilapia

Smoked Tilapia Sandwich
prep time: 15 minutes
makes: 2 servings

What you need
2 Tbsp. KRAFT SANDWICH SHOP Horseradish-Dijon Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 submarine or french bread rolls, partially split
2 spears, chopped CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle
2 KRAFT Singles
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tilapia fillets (1/2 lb.)
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

Make it
HEAT broiler.
MIX first 3 ingredients.
SPRINKLE fish with paprika. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Top with Singles.
FILL rolls with fish; top with pickle mixture.

HOW TO DETERMINE WHEN FISH IS COOKED
Fish is done when it looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Undercooked fish looks translucent, while overcooked fish looks dry and falls apart.

    The Garlic and Herb will definitely be a favorite. I can already imagine dozens of possibilities including sandwich, panini, wrap, dip, sauces and pasta salads. What a way to mix up the ol’ standard baked potato, too!

    Hot & Spicy is my favorite! I got samples of all four and hubby loves them all, BUT I won’t buy them because we are on a VERY tight budget. If I won, hubby would be over the moon!

    By far, I would choose the Horseradish-Dijon. I would take rye bread and spread this on then top with thinly sliced corned beef, Haarvati cheese and sauerkraut.

    It will be close between hot and spicy and horseradish dijon, but I think I’ll go with the horseradish since it is lower in calories and fat…but I do truly love garlic…okay how about I tell you that I’m going to love trying all of them when I win this contest and I’ll let you know afterwards which one takes the prize!!!

    Horseradish/dijon. I used to mix horseradish with mayo to dip fried cheese sticks in. Yummy!

    Great post and recipes;)
    Although hubby is, i was never a big fan of mayo.
    I am looking forward to trying the new Mayos especially the Garlic and Herb..maybe mayo will be better with some flavor!!

    My favorite Kraft Sandwich Shop mayo would be either the Horseradish-Dijon or Hot & Spicy – whichever one delivers the more intense ‘heat.’ :)

    It is hard to choose, they all sound good! But, if forced to pick only one I’d go with hot and spicy because that is hard to get on a sandwich without adding jalapeno peppers or the like.

    My favorite is Garlic and Herb Mayo. Love the squeeze bottles. So much easier then kicking in with knife or spoon! Do enjoy the Horseradish also.
