		<description>I just put my bread in the freezer and when I&#039;m ready to use it I either take out 6 or so slices and put in a ziploc bag or just put the whole loaf in the frig to thaw.  I keep it in the frig till it&#039;s gone.  I&#039;ve never had a problem doing it this way.  It works for me!!</description>
