* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 cups white sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 3 eggs, beaten
* 3 1/2 cups chopped apples
