Description: My DH tells me that his mom went through an 'arts & crafts' phase and this is one of the items left from that period in the 60s. It appears to be a tool for hooking rugs, but there are no instructions with it and I haven't the foggiest notion how to use it and have no inclination to find out. I would like it to have a good home with anyone that might make use of it. If you want it, I'll happily barter it for anything you feel is of comparable value. (I'll pay the postage to ship this if you pay the postage to ship yours.) I'm particularly interested in cotton fabric in girlish colors or patterns, but I'm open to all suggestions.

This is how it works...you present me with your question or problem and I will research it for you and provide an answer. If you need a letter drafted (for your own signature) I will do that as well. I will then present you with a bill, brought down to the nearest 0.1 of an hour (6 minutes), which you will deposit into my PayPal account. I will do this on the honor system to begin with to see how it works, without taking an up front retainer, as most attorneys will do. If I am not able to find an answer to your question, I will not charge you. $20 per hour is but a fraction of what I charge my clients. The last time I had to hire an attorney, I paid $350 per hour. I am hopeful that I can provide much needed legal advice in exchange for a little extra money.
