    You are her mother and you are doing your best to protect her and care for her. It sounds like the bio mom is still focussed on her self, and her wanting contact has nothing to do with wanting to be a positive part of your daughter's life and everything to do with resolving her own issues. You know you are doing the right thing. Don't question it.
