The glitch... continued
Well, if you read my post earlier this week, you know that we have run into some problems with our paperwork. As it turns out, we are not one month, but closer to four months behind. That means that we are going to lose our precious baby that was supposed to be ours.
It's heartbreaking. I just can't put it into words. The Adoption specialist assures us that we will get another child, but it's still such a loss.
We will get through it, but it may be another six months or more before we get a child. At that point we will have been doing this for almost 2 years!
So, thank you for all the kind thoughts and prayers. Maybe it will work out with the next little one.
Moderator, would you please remove the "baby on the way" icon? At least until there is hope for another little one.
Thanks

I'm so sorry.

I can't imagine how you must feel... but I can tell by your post you are sad- so therefore, I am sad for you.
I hope that things work out better next time... adoption is not an easy thing for all parties involved. I know that your time will come and the child will have the best parents to love.

I'm so sorry.
But I know your time will come and we'll be here to share it all with you. It will all be wonderful soon, I just know it.
