Funny our prayers are always answered when we least expect them to be. They say God never gives us more that we can handle. I leave it up to him to know what is best and use what he gave me to decide and you know it always does work out. So please don't stress out too much, your blessings might just come in bundle packs.

Well, the state made the decision for us, they needed to place them immediately and when it took from the 2 p.m. call on friday to my 8 a.m. call on monday they placed them elsewhere. We will still adopt if the opportunity arises, I would prefer it be a foster child we have had already. To answer the ??, no, we would not treat an adopted child differently, honestly genetics means nothing to me, you make a family, genetics is just a more convenient way of getting there.

My step brother and his wife are foster parents. They have adopted two children through the system and are arising their grandaughter. The oldest one they adopted was 12, and she is a really sweet girl. The youngest is now 4, but they've had her from infancy. It's a real blessing for them. I hope it all works our for you.
