On the TECO website, there is a place to take an online energy audit which I took several months ago. Today I recieved a giftcard for 8 free CFL bulbs at Sam's club. The card also serves as a one day shopping pass, which is nice because I'm a Costco member. Not sure if there are any other Tampa people here, but I wanted to pass this along.

Just a quick follow up. I went to Sam's this AM and got my free lightbulbs. You do NOT get to buy anything else if you aren't a member and I had to go to the service desk to make my purchase because no one had seen this offer yet. Luckily, I didn't make a special trip out to shop there, just hit it on my way to Costco. The lightbulbs were easy to find and there were a ton of them.
