Okay, I mentioned that I would try to remember once I recieved this "free sample" to come back to let everyone know whether or not I actually recieved a sample or just a scented card.

Well, yeah, all I got was a scented card along with a $1.00 off coupon for this product.
A little misleading by the manufacturer on this one.

So, unless you *really* want/need the coupon, it probably won't be of much use.
(No offense intended to the O.P., because after filling out the "form", it left me to believe that we would get the actual sample, too)
