I'm down 23 lbs. and counting. My b/p is down to 123/81 from 160/100 and I'm feeling so much better (other than my back).
I haven't been able to excersise much but once the back is better, I will do so. I plan on getting my stationary bike upstairs from the basement. A few winters ago, I biked all the way to Dozymom's city and back on that bike and felt so good. I kept track of the miles I drove each day and got the map out and tracked it. It was fun to do and kept me motivated.
I just might bike to MJsLady's this winter has she is about as south as you can go.
How is everyone else doing?
