Call the number listed within 48 hours of your visit, spend a few minutes giving feedback, and get a validation code to fill in on the receipt. I never knew this either, but I am pretty sure our receipts are just blank on the reverse. Is this a regional thing or good everywhere? Because let me tell ya LOL I have tons of feedback for them. We don't go there that often, but when we do, they always screw up something.

I didn't know Wendys did this tho I always take Burger Kings survey for a free Whopper. Thanks for letting us know about this.
