I hope you guys can get it, I might just send them an email telling them your problem and give them your info there. If you notice the date, it looks like this might be an old freebie? But then I'm not sure why they would keep it up if it's dead? Post if you get any response. Thanks.

I checked my email and there was an email from them - so all is good.

Didn't get that error message at all, just part of their system design that when you hit submit, they actually are getting the information without any verification of such. Am looking forward to getting the ornament.
