Thanksgiving dinner. Not at my house but at Mom's. She was sicker than a dog and my dad asked me to come and cook. So I had to leave home at 7:30 to go to mom's and cook. Everything turned out nice, luckily it was only for the 4 of us.

So mom had the flu, dh is getting over a cold, and now I have dh's cold. We were all sick! I can't tell you how many times I washed my hands yesterday to make sure no one else got this cold! My hands are all red and itchy today! (Need lots of lotion!) But we got through it and made it an early evening. I finally got home at 5pm.

Diana, So glad you had a good holiday meal. In year's past we've had sick family members and it really puts a damper on the day. It's a good thing you were able to swoop in and save the day!
