I'm very independant and like doing things on my own in my house or anywhere for that matter. If something breaks down, I want to fix it myself and I want to know how.

Today I blew a fuse in my kitchen stove. For once I needed to call dh and ask him where they were. I won't ever forget now, but do you know where the fuses are in your stove?

I don't know,lol.
I'm blissfully ingnorant for now. I'll ask Dh later & I'm sure he'll wonder why I'm asking. The wide range of topics we discuss in the Village are creeping more and more into my family life.:toothy:

I'll tell you where mine is and you can check yours. Yes, I do believe all stoves have fuses.

I blew the one that is for the plug-in. But when dh showed me where the fuses were, there we about 6 there I believe.

Ours opens up at the very top, you know where the clock part is - there. You can just open the lids and viola - there is your fuses.

Now you might not have them there, they could be in the drawer at the bottom also dh told me.

Is this for a gas stove too? None of the parts of my stove are accessible. Sealed burners etc... The bottom drawer is the broiler.
