Okay I am on day 9 and truly, I have NEVER felt better, at least in the last ten years. I have so much energy, I cant believe it. I did have a small set back however, A friend at work told me about a yogurt station that had sugar free, carb free yogurt. I went there and had a childs size, about an hour later I was so tired I had to go to bed. That yougurt may have been sugar free, but I know it was not carb free. It made me fall out of "Lypolysis". It took a day to get back on, but I am now and my energy is back. Get ready for the best news of all.............I stepped on the scale and I have lost SIX pounds! This gives me the incentive to continue. Nothing has ever worked so well for me...Ever!

HEYYYYYY...
( that was the healthy girls inside me screaming trying to get out)

Congratulations!!!

That diet has been so maligned in the media....I read The Zone, All the protien diets, all by doctors, and there is simply no arguing with the chemical reactions that occur when we eat protien.

Of course, the new research is saying the Atkins may have been right all along? LOL! Finally, someone woke up and looked at the reasearch!

Ok, I'll admit, this is a soap box of mine...

Good for you! I may join you after the first of the year.

Good for you! I may go check out the site just because I've been trying to cook less carbs for dh because he seems to be at a weight loss standstill, and I'm sure it's all the pasta we eat around here.
