I love experimenting with bread recipes. I've done searches on the net and have now found a wonderful bread recipe. But I continue to look and try out to see if I can better my bread.

Nope, I experiment, the only recipe I follow is grandma's hot roll recipe, which I know by heart.

I usually stick with the tried and true ONE my kids will eat, but that does not stop me from experimenting with others!! I love to play with bread recipes!!

i have finally found one white bread recipe i can get to work everytime i make it. so now it's time to try another one. i found an amish starter bread recipe i want to try, but i think i will wait till after the holidays so i don't forget to feed the starter.
