I had a terrific stationary bike, but it's in storage in NY still. I have been tossing around whether to purchase myself a stairmaster for at home. I love to use them.

A Cardio ????, I don't remember the name of it. You can change the resistance on it. Low (very low for me).

It has handle bars and foot pedals, sort of like those swings as a kid you had to move back and forth to get going.

I have a recumbent bike and one of those $60 weight benches from wal-mart, and a small collection of free weights. I just got the Walk Away The Pounds 1 Mile Video, and I'm going to try it tomorrow. I'm thinking about getting a treadmill for my birthday, since I can't get to the gym anymore :( and I'd love suggestions {suggestions under $450, that is}

I have an air walker and I hate it! (I just had to have it and now you couldn't pay me to get on it!!)
For Christmas this year (I forgot to add this to my list on the other thread!) we got a treadmill and a weight system set up thingy (it has different stations...) I also have a jump rope and several free weights and a few videos too!

Walking shoes and pedometer. :)

I had a stationary bike, cheap treadmill (sold at garage sale). DH has some free weight (never used). Oh, one of those things that you sit on the seat and pull the bar to lift your body weight. :rolleyes:

I'm thinking about buying The Firm system. I saw it at Target for $75.

2 videoas, and some good shoes.
My ds has weights, they are in the back yard! The bench with weights were to heavy for our mobile homes floors!
I also have lots of free space to walk in, and I plan to start using it!

Could you tell me what you like about this video? Thanks:)
I have sneakers, foot/wrist weights & a couple of videos.One of the videos is too choreographed for me . I just can't keep up, lol.
Sure wish I had room for a treadmill.

I have the Walk Away The Pounds videos (1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile and 10 minute tone-up) and really like them - I need to start using them again! I like them because they are easy, I can do them inside, and Leslie Sansone doesn't get on my nerves like some of the other over perky, overly bubbly ladies in the exercise industry do. LOL!

We also have a weight station (not sure what to call it exactly). I hate working out with weights, but need to overcome this.

I have a stationary bike and a few years ago during the long winter months, I marked down how many miles I biked each day and by the time spring came, I had biked from Winnipeg all the way to Dozymom's city and back. (My mom lives in the same city.)

I need to get it back upstairs, in a prominent place and begin biking again. I loved it and it felt so good when I biked every day.

I also love walking and have already started doing that. Just need to get in a regular routine although walking when its really cold is pretty hard to do.

Did any of you buy the 3 pack of walk-away-the-pounds that comes with the belt/resistence handles? Our wal-mart has it for $25, and I'm wondering if the belt thing would be worth the extra $5 over the price of the individual videos? Also, how different are the Christian version of WAP than the regular ones? I thought about getting those to use so I could get my devotional time in with my work out time... {WAHM Multi-tasking}
