aylasmommy 12-22-2002, 09:25 PM ROFL mtjs!!! :D
Good one! That should count by all means!! I always forget about that one..it's funny when I complain that i feel too pudgy, dh will tell me "well, I have something in mind you can do to work it off" :D :D
CountryMom 12-22-2002, 10:19 PM Hands down step aerobics. Next in order is regular aerobics, walking, yoga, pilates. Running is dead last and swimming is right before running.
AmyBoz 12-22-2002, 11:59 PM Walking
Michelle 12-23-2002, 12:07 AM Umm opening the fridge? LOL :pig:
heaven 12-23-2002, 12:13 AM opening the fridge would be top of the list,
swimming,
step is really close though
Julie 12-27-2002, 12:38 PM Walking, then swimming, although I haven't been swimming in about 100 years. Even though I'm a Weight Watcher and have lost 25 lbs., I feel I look like Orca The Beached Killer Whale in a bathing suit! So I guess I will stick with walking for a while!

:tigger:
SewCrafty 12-27-2002, 01:52 PM If I have to choose................. walking and swimming.
Sara Noel 12-27-2002, 02:01 PM anyone have a good step aerobics video recommendation?
For exercise I enjoy walking, stairmaster, stationary biking, and aerobics. I used to love free weights, but I have injured my shoulder (unrelated to the free weights) and can't do much with weights until I have surgery.
judith 12-27-2002, 05:08 PM I used to say walking, but now it's more strength training. Since I can only bench 20 lbs and DH can do 70, I kinda feel like I'm doing one of these most of the time, :bang: but I love it anyways
aylasmommy 12-27-2002, 05:43 PM about the step video, Kathy smith (it's an older tape so i'm not sure if it's still being sold, oh made in 1992) has a GREAT step aerobics tape. So far it's the only one I can really follow and enjoy. But it really gets me sweating and I can see a difference after just one session of it.
