depending on storage space put it in either a container or a bag, try to get as much air out as possable. and it should keep for several months. so yes you can freeze it.

Thank you Heaven! I wasn't sure how long it should last. I can get 5 side dishes out of it. That is how much it still left. If you lived close I would send it to you.
