I used to exercise 3-5 times a week for approx. 40 minutes. I have barely exercised in almost a year. :eek:
I have access to the gym and mall walking with the baby while Zachary is in school. (and home exercise) It's time to start exercising.

Yep..

I do exercise at least 3 days a week for 40 min. or more each of those days...Some weeks I kind of over do it, and will do an hour or more in the evening, then again in the morning and then in the evening..etc..That's only when I don't have family staying over or major projects going on...I only say i kind of over do it..because some people might think it's a lot, but to me it keeps me energetic and I enjoy the workouts soooo much :) (I was also the kid in school who actually liked homework though) :D

No I haven't been, but it's a huge priority for me for this coming year and beyond. I live across the street from the track and football field, have a swimming pool too.....not many good excuses for it here :( .

I was doing 20 min a.m., 45 min p.m., but have slacked off. We had to let our YMCA membership go, and we're way out in BFE, so there's no warm place to walk with the kids {both of whom get sick if somebody sneezes within a mile of them}

This week, I've gotten in at least 20 minutes a day, and I hope to up that to 45 minutes this coming week. Thirty minutes before the kids get up in the morning, and fifteen while I wait on dh to get home from work...

I exercise 3-4 days per week, about 1 hour each time. This includes warm up, cool down, and a 2.5 mile treadmill walk.

I have the "park time" membership to 24 Fitness ~ I can only go on MWF and Sunday. There is a deep water aerobics class on TuTh that I'm looking into, too, at the Parks and Rec. Dh doesn't go to work until 10am, so I have the morning to myself to exercise. :thumb:

I get no exercise either- unless you count housework. It's awful, and the #1 thing I want to change.
