And measurements along with your excersising.
I'm going to purchase a journal this weekend and keep track of my success and failures and also some of my thoughts in regards to this and how I'm feeling.
How about you?

I have a thermometer graph from Dottie's weight loss zone that I track my loss on. It is on the fridge and by the computer. It is a good visual for me.

I use Fitday.com to track my eating and exericse, and to journal. They have a progress chart, but not with much detail.
I also use a spreadsheet from this website http://www.onmyweigh.com/tools.html It tracks your total loss, average loss, BMI, and your project goal date.
And every Monday morning I weigh in and tell my dh. :) I'm hoping to motivate him to action, too.

I like the idea of using a journal.
I can keep trackof my measurements, food intake, how much I exercise & thoughts and feelings.

I track my weight on a calendar, will also put my measurements on there, and I track what I eat and how much exercise in a notebook.
I will journal what I am eating and my thoughts and feelings. I also would like to journal my activity level. I think its a great idea to use a graph so that you can visually see how you are doing.
