If you go to the top of this page and goes to resources, you'll see the diet centre.

Do your BMI calulator, by putting in your weight now and height and see what your BMI is. Then go down the page and see what it says.

What an eye opener. If for nothing else, this is why I NEED to lose weight.

I tell you if nothing else scares me, this certainly has. I think we need to keep this bumped to the top so that everyone keeps track of this. I had never done this before and now it really has me thinking.

Especially when I see where I am and what I should be. I'm going out for a walk right now and doing some long hard thinking on this weight loss program!!
