Cook and debone your chicken...I usually throw in some boullion cubes with it as it's cooking. A few minutes before you are ready to eat, pop open a can of--don't knock this till you've tasted it--canned biscuits! Pinch off marble sized pieces and drop into boiling chicken and broth, when they pop to the top they are done inside LOL! Thicken with a little flour or cornstarch in cold milk stirred into the broth and dumplings, and serve!
I really dislike canned biscuits, guys, but this is really good, quick, cheap, and easy!

My aunt in Philly makes this all the time. she adds tons of veggies to it and does it in her crockpot.

I made dumplings one day from scratch, cuz that is how I thought my grandma made hers. I called my mother and through sobs I asked her for grandma's secret.
Well, I was surprised when she told me that my grandma used canned biscuits. What!?!

This is exactly how I make my chicken and dumplings. I love them and my family thinks they are great too.
