From a decorated perspective which room just really sings to you when you walk in or out of the room.

For me, it would be the master bath....with the burgandy velvelt shower curtain and window covering.

What about you?

Oh, and anyone want to share pics? I'll help if you do.

No room really sings to me but I do especially like my kitchen at Christmas time. I have greenery and red bows weaving in and out of the plate rail near the ceiling. It's a small kitchen but easy to work in. It has warm honey brown cabinets and in the room are accents of tan & deep red that isn't quite a burgundy . Warm and cozy.

I guess its the masterbedroom
its the only room I have where I do not get "something is missing" thoughts

My dining room. It is all knotty pine tounge and groove with my tin advertising signs on the walls. Over the swinging door into the kitchen is a sign dh made for me that says "General Store". I made all the window dressings and seat cushions out of gorgeous fabric about 10 years ago and I still love it! I also made a table cloth, but only put in on special occasions.

It is the only room I feel is always 'done'. The other rooms I'm always making something for a new look.

Diana,

Your "General Store" sounds adorable!

We would LOVE to see pictures of it!

Mine would be the room that was my ds's. I redid it in white/off-white. The walls are lightly textured and painted flat white with an off white rag roll technique over them. The plantation blinds are white, floor length textured sheers are off white. I had an old iron bedstead that I had bought at a garage sale about 10 yrs. ago and had been storing in the shed for AGES. Dh and I had many a discussion over that thing... I'll tell ya. He's lucky he didn't pull one of his throw aways when I wasn't looking on that! Anyway I (myself, me) sand blasted it, painted it white and my dsil made a log cabin quilt in whites and off whites for it. I have a battenburg lace dust ruffle on it with white and off white pillows on it. I just LURVE this room, it's soooooo peaceful and soothing. I need to take some pics with my new camera. I just don't have it quite finished with the old cheffarobe that I want to paint and get in there.... .

I love my livingroom. It isn't fancy or anything but, I have quilts on the couch, loveseat and my chair. Makes it so cozy! I also have shelves up with my pottery collection and some of my dolls on them. We used my old pie safe as an entertainment center. It is so primative. It really suits me. I guess I really enjoy that room because it has so many of my things that I adore in it.

I guess mine is my living room. I like my county/shabby chic mixture on the walls and the decorations but I do hate my ugly furniture. It is a cozy room though!

My living room is my favorite. It's small but filled with both a down filled couch and oversized love seat, another love seat, an old John Deer green tool chest that I love and use for storage and a side table, a gorgeous display cabinet filled with my part of my ipg and doll collection along with a rolling pin collection and some other goodies, lots of plants, the piano, an old display case that we use as a china cabinet, my buffet and old mirror, needle work by the last 3 generations of my family and lots of pictures of family and friends. Oh yes, and Chester (our adopted robin who will now go outside for the day but returns home at night) lives there too.:D We always have stacks of books everywhere and lots and lots of good cd's, dvds and videos.
