The one thing that needs repairing are our kitchen taps. We have brand new ones here that I purchased for $2.00 at a yard sale, still in the pkg. Dh keeps putting it off and I'm not sure how to do it.

My bathroom shower. I have had the supplies to put them up for 2 yrs. I just need someone to help me cut the pieces.

Something major here!

We need to dig up and replace the sewer pipes that go from our house to the street. They are very old and made out of clay. So needless to say, they have cracks in them and a tree out front continually has its roots get in the pipe. About 2 times a year we need to do a major "Snaking" of that poor pipe.

One day we will get around to replacing it with PVC. (I hope)

well, our bathtub faucet leaks awful but our landlord came out once already to fix it...right after he did our rent was raised..not that they were related, but I am sort of afraid of asking him to come back and fix it..

Oh but we should really re caulk the whole bathtub area, and I need to saw off the screws on the toilet so that we can put one of those white plastic covers on it...that's about all i can really think of right now..

oh we have a major one ,, my brother will get the supplies and i will bay for it..we have a hole in our roof and did a temp fix wellllllll, the board is gone and i saw a squeral(sp ) sorry in there ..we will fix it in a week or month..my mom is sick and we kinda put off doing a major fix

I have a ripped bedskirt that needs to be stitched.

I have a kitchen drawer that the face keeps coming off of, really need to get that dremel out and do some work on it.

Dh replaced our toilet last month and had to replace part of the flooring due to water damage. The floor around the toilet is now 1/4 inch lower than the rest of the floor. Dh needs to build it up so it will be level. Also due to the above said floor problem, we need to retile the entire bathroom.

The shower fausets need to be replaced, one keeps falling off. :eek:

Dh put in a dishwasher last fall and had to raise the counter tops to get it to fit. Well, the finish work still needs to be done. Also during the same job we had to remove two cabnets to get the dishwasher to fit. We need to get a small cabnet to put next to the dishwasher.
