FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE

4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (30oz) can fruit cocktail, undrained

*mix all ingredients with a spoon
*pour into a 9x13 inch greased and floured pan
*bake 45 min. @ 300*

FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE FROSTING

1 cup sugar
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla

*cook all ingredients over medium heat until thick
*spread over warm cake
