I think they are around 7%, but I'm not sure.

I think interest rates are a national thing, just depending on your credit score.

We got our mortgage in Oct. 2001 and got it for 6.75%. I wish we had the money to refinance, but oh well.

we just filled out the paperwork to refinance. i think we got 6.25% 30yr fixed. i can't remember.;)

It's about 6% here on a 25-30 yr. loan.

we refinanced last summer at 5.75% for 15 years with not points. According to our paper, 15 year no point loans are at 5.13%.
