Mine has got to be to finish insulating our m/bedroom and our living room and then to re-decorate all the rooms we've done.

I've got a yard to do..... I need to run electrical boxes in the yard so I have a place to plug in holiday lighting.........

The #1 thing for us is to put carpet in our bedroom.

I'm going to think on this one and come back. There are soooo many things, I have to prioritize (sp). :D

Well it has now been a little over 3 weeks without water, so I guess if we can't unthaw it when it warms up, #1 is to fix the well. That will be a major expense. :(

We have a few things.......... shoe mold around all the baseboards (it never got replaced when we tiled the floors), cleaning and sealing our tile grout (didn't get done properly by the guy that laid the tile), and some crown molding that dh wants to do.

We want to finish our big shelving piece for the kitchen and then finish putting the tile down in there. Jay got the family room done last fall but, we still have the kitchen/ dining area to refloor.

I have an Oak Tree in my front yard that has it's roots protruding above the ground. This makes it very hard to mow around it. What I am going to do this year is, dig up all the grass around it, amend the soil and plant some Little John Azaleas and other shade loving plants.

The other biggie, is our privacy fence in the back yard. It is starting to pull away from the posts and is leaning on the hedge plants. Need to definately replace the fence. Brian wants to put in that white PVC fencing this time. I am not sure if I want that White stuff, I like the wooden fences myself.

Either way, it has GOT to be replaced.

We also have a few. First and foremost we are building a newer bigger chicken coop. Then we are finishing up remodeling our garage. Then onto an addition to the front and back of the house, though I suspect those will last into 2004 :)

I need to rip up the carpet in our living room and refinish the beautiful hardwood that is under it. I've been meaning to do it for 2 years, but it always gets put off for another project.

For me, just getting moved in!
Once there I want to stencil apples in a bowl on the cabinet doors and then work on planting the yards, this time both will get done!
