I have both programs and want to utilize one or the other.
Does anyone use either of these programs?
What are the pros and cons of each?
TIA

I use Microsoft Money for all my home financial records. I have used Quicken in the past when I was Treasurer at my church. They are both about the same as far as entering and reports and the like.
I do not like and do not use the budget aspect of MS Money, Maybe I have just never taken the time to play with it long enough to undestand it LOL, but it always confuses me!! I have a budget on a spreadsheet that I plug the numbers into from MS Money. And it works much better than Moneys budget planner IMHO.
I never did the Budget aspect of Quicken, so I don't know if that works any better.
Mostly its getting used to which ever one you pick. As with everything there is a learning curve. I have been faithfully using MS Money for a year now and if you have questions I would be glad to help (if I can ;) )

Thanks halo, I think I'll install both of them and see which one I like.

I've used Quicken since 1994. I love it for keeping track of all of our expenses. I can see immediately how much I've spent on anything. I can compare this months grocery expense with last months or even last years. I also use it now to pay bills.
