What was on your menu today??
We had turkey, mashed potatoes, fresh asparagus, fresh dinner rolls and salad. For dessert we had cheesecake and ice cream

Our dinner was pretty conservative this year. Dh worked, but was home by 5:30pm. We had turkey. (I used an oven roasting bag) Mashed potatoes, homemade stuffing, veggies, dinner rolls. I was going to make a pie, but dh knew a woman that baked pies, and her dutch apple pie was awesome. We served it ala mode.
I have already taken the leftovers and made my turkey soup. hehe
I did a lot of baking this week, but made mostly cookies.
