I'm still looking for antique dolls and bears and would also like to start a collection of tea pots and rolling pins. I've also found I absolutely love lace so will be on the hunt for that come this spring when the yard sales are on and the antique stores open. (So many of our antique stores close around here in late fall and don't open until spring.)

I'm with Carolyn....I just love old things. Just love going to yard sales and thrift shops and pickin' up junk where ever I might find it!!!:D

I love it all too!! My favorite thing is to go to flea markets and antique shops. You just never know what you are going to find!

Gee....what do I really need? I am always looking for antiques (more like junktiques actually.....cuz I buy at garage sales and they usually aren't in perfect shape), old jewelry, I pretty much love all junk.......*sigh*

:smball: One of my sons has started collecting old rolling pins (he begged for my collection, so it's going in the will for him LOL) and the antique dealers just hate to see him at the estate sales because he frequently beats them to any of the rolling pins and knows good china when he sees it also and grabs it for his Mom;) . As for me, I'm still collecting old Haviland china, certain kinds of cream colored stoneware, :pig: , pitchers of all sorts, small souvenier spoons (adding to my great grandmother's collection that I inherited), and beautiful old prints and handwork. Oh, can't forget, books!!!

I love quilts.....always on the lookout for more quilts. I also like early 1900 antiques....crocks, jars, old books, old letters and postcards. I love to go to estate sales and auctions....have found some great stuff there.

If I had a kitchen wall big enough to display them like I did in our old house I'd be collecting more cast iron cookware. I still use it but it's tucked away in a closet.:(
I also like cookbooks, bird & garden pins and just about anything that strikes my fancy. I wish dh liked poking around in antique shops & such. Wish you guys lived near, we could all go together and have a blast.:)
