These Freeze really well if you can keep them long enough!
We fell in love with these while we were in the Army
Bagel Dogs:
ABM Bagel dough recipe
2 lbs Smoked Sasuage (I use Bar S from wal mart)
water (to seal)
4 qts. Boilg salt water
prepare dough as reccomened by ABM.
Tear into 16 balls.
Roll each ball out into circles.
place smoked sasuage on each circle and wrap completely make sure you can NOT see the sasuage!
Seal edges with finger dipped into water.
One at a time place wrapped sasuages into boiling water, boil for 3 minutes be sure to turn during boiling time.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet, in 350 drgree oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool, flash freeze, then bag and freeze
