Growing up I loved a cereal called "Concentrate" and would add wheat germ to it. Then they discontinued the cereal and I didn't use wheat germ anymore.
I am wondering besides like yogurt, where do you use wheat germ?

Add it to muffins, breads, cookies, oatmeal, breading for fish or chicken......

Wheat germ is high in folic acid and vitamin E, 2 important nutrients for women.

I like to sprinkle some on my cereal for extra nutrition.
