I made a huge brisket (marinated it in Claude's Brisket Mariade for 36 hours prior, so it is nice and smoke flavored) on Friday, and DS and DD ended up going to Nana's house for the weekend so it has only been DH and me here all weekend and we still have lots and lots of it left. I need any suggestions on what I can make out of it and maybe some I can freeze. I have probably 3 or 4 more meals in it at least. Thanks.
