Buttermilk Salad Dressing
1 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup Cucumber -- grated
2 Tbsps Scallion -- minced
1 Tbsp Dijon-style Mustard
2 Tsps Parsley -- minced
2 Tsps Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Dried Dill Weed
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Combine in jar. Shake well. Chill well.
