I found this on another board and thought some of you might like these...

1 box chocloate cake mix (use the lowest fat content one you can find)
1 small can of pumpkin

Mix together fill cupcake liners and bake as directed.


It says that these are 2 points each... frosting or cool whip is extra points, of course.
She says you do not taste the pumpkin in them.

I've tried these before, and they're pretty good. Very moist. Dave says he can still taste the pumpkin though :rolleyes:
