We are buying a mobile home. It is not exactly what I wanted a little smaller than I had hoped and for now it sits in a park, but it will be ours! It will feel so good to make payments instead of rent and after ins. and lot rent we will be paying $100.00 less a month than we do for rent. It will be ours in 6 1/2 years. I used to think of this huge thing as my dream home and nothing else would be as good, but I am so thrilled with this. It feels really good to be buying something that we know we can afford and pay off shortly. Now we are going to start saving money for land to put it on. I really like it. It has a huge garden tub that I can not wait to soak in. And I will get to decorate!!!! We move in next month.

WOOHOO! There's nothing like having your own house!! The way they make mobile homes these days- there almost nicer than alot of stick built homes- with fire places, garden tubs, hot tubs if you like- all with a much lower price tag.
