COCOA ALMOND BREAD
Yields a 1 1/2-pound loaf
1 C. warm milk
1/4 C. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/4 C. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3 C. plus 2 T. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Put ingredients in in order listed by your bread machine's manufacturer.
Choose crust color and loaf size if available.
Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
