What do you do? sunshine 03-12-2003, 10:31 AM I prefer my green beans and pototoes - canned. Most others I prefer frozen, especially corn. I usually do a mix of both- some frozen, some canned. Just in case my freezer or electricity goes out, I'll still have something to eat. OH- you didn't ask, but I also dehydrate a lot of my fruits and veggies. blueknitter 03-14-2003, 04:47 PM I mainly freeze, as it's easier to do in the hot weather. This year I'll be canning more and more, though, so that will be a better guage of what works best for us. gardengirl 03-14-2003, 05:05 PM I freeze everything except tomato juice and green tomato relish. Kimmomo3 03-14-2003, 05:51 PM A mix. freeze some and can some depending on how we like the taste. captclearance 03-14-2003, 07:30 PM I freeze and dehydrate ................. homesteadmamma 03-14-2003, 07:45 PM I freeze most of my veggies, except tomatoes which we love canned.
