Do I just wash,peel,cut and freeze...or do I need to let them dry a bit,and freeze in a single layer then bag up?? I'd like to do some homemade fries.

Eileen captclearance 03-12-2003, 01:19 PM That's right Eileen ! Just dip in boiling water for about 30 seconds and let them drain well, too much moisture is not good for frozen foods.... (they will get freezer burn) |
