Spaghetti sauce freezes very well and can used for a variety of entrees. I always keep several containers in my freezer for quick meals. It is a staple around my house. (Don't freeze the noodles though, they are best made fresh :D )

I do some OAMC, but my favorite time saver is cooking ground beef ahead of time and freezing it. When it goes on sale I boil a bunch of it and freeze in smaller packages. It makes pulling together tacos, sloppy joes and other things mush easier when the beef is already cooked.

Robin it's Once A Month Cooking. I do this too. I have found that if you are cooking & freezing for 4 people 2 cups in a freezer bag makes just enough to feed us. There are alot of things that freeze well. Most veggies you have to Par-boil or blanch before freezing. I have found that is you flash freeze on a cookie sheet they lay much nicer in the Big Freezer.
